Jiaoe Chen

Mrs. Chen is the co-director of the WCEA. She had three-year teaching experience in Wuhan International Trade University and taught Chinese in Kwong Kow Chinese School in Boston for a year prior to join WCLS. She holds a Massachusetts Educator License (MTEL) for Chinese language teacher. She has earned her PhD. in Public Administration in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. She received outstanding achievement award of the Fifth Chinese Public Administration Society in 2013; published one academic book and 16 research papers.
